Associates, Inc. (DAI) is offering the opportunity to own an interest in the
Yacht Papillon 68'L.L.C., a Georgia Limited Liability Corporation
whose primary asset is a 68' (20.6 meter) motor yacht that has just
undergone a three year refit. Take a tour of her online under

yacht new would be about $3,000,000.
The Yacht Papillon 68' L.L.C. has been divided into ten units of
10% each and DAI is offering eight of the units or 80% of the units
for an average of $80,000 per unit. DAI, the managing member, will
retain a percentage of ownership and the management of the yacht.
Each unit will pay 10% of the annual operational cost of $125,000 per
year fixed for two years or $12,500 per unit per year for the first
two years. A unit of 10% will have use of the yacht for four
weeks per year. Four weeks use per year represents a tax-free
return in savings of about 10% per year.
The yacht will spend the winter, spring, and summer seasons in the
Bahamas. The yacht will spend the fall season in South Florida.
DAI reserves the right to repurchase any unit at any time for the full
amount paid for the unit. Each owner of a unit may sell their
unit by first offering the unit to DAI, then the other partners.
If DAI or the partners pass on the offer, the unit may then be sold to
anyone. At the end of five years the yacht will be sold and the
proceeds divided, each unit will receive 10% of the net proceeds.
The yacht will be maintained and operated by DAI's captain.
All operational cost related to each use such as fuel, food,
beverage, chef, dockage away from home port will be the cost of the
partner using the yacht.
